Contested at The Bear's Club, home to Jack Nicklaus and dozens of PGA Tour players. This exclusive country club was designed by Jack Nicklaus. Jack was on hand to greet the Doubles Golf players and hand out the awards. The Woodford Club member teams played very well and were in the mix right down to the final holes.

Tournament results from The Woodford Club teams:

Women's Division: Chris Franklin and Sherri Buster in 3rd place with a -2 under par score

Mixed Division: Teela Watts and Jim Gardner in 4th place with a -4 under par score

Senior Division: David McGohon and John Perkins in 3rd place with a -7 under par score

Our players had a great time. Jim Gardner called the event “absolutely incredible.”

“The ability to play one of the premier golf courses in the country was a great honor. I believe all three teams that TWC sent represented our club exceptionally well,” Gardner said. “Of course meeting Jack Nicholas was a dream for every golfer and was a wonderful host.”
